Steve-Bob has been a long-time supporter and rider of the Emmaus Cycle for Shelter, raising funds to provide housing and emergency support services to homeless adults and families. This year’s event -- now in it's 25th year -- includes four fully supported routes: a century, metric century (62 miles), half century and 20 mile weekend warrior ride. The event features delicious food throughout the day, including high protein snacks, homemade breads and jams, fruit, and plenty of beverages along the route with a delicious, hearty meal at the end of the ride. After the ride, feel free to use the shower facilities (bring your own towel), enjoy a free massage, change into comfortable clothes. Then relax and enjoy a delicious meal and the company of great people.
